  • Created wires, and user flows, tested with users to make clear design decisions

  • Worked with design systems team ADA, and marketing to create final designs for engineers

  • Iterated on new designs after getting the first launch into the market

Went Nationwide

Starting from the beta version in only one state-Arizona, the business expanded nationwide in the US.

Revenue

The product connected millions of shoppers with trustworthy dealers and new cars. Revenue for both dealers and Chase exceeded the predicted goals.

MyCar Integration

The design team adapted the research work, design thinking workshops, and initial prototypes to develop the MyCar experience into a thriving business.
